Just completed my second 1:1 workshop with Steve at Loop Art space Olinda. We took a deep dive into some advanced dark room editing techniques and printing. Being a digital photographer up to this point l must say l feel like ditching my Sony A7111 , at least for my fun shooting, and using my film Olympus. The art of film, and it is indeed an art form, is so slow and methodical, and that is why it has enthralled me. A practice steeped in mindfulness. And there is no better person than Steve to teach it. He is methodical and very patient, even when l exposed my paper accidentally to light, sort of contaminated his chemicals when l got distracted, and made other newbie mistakes. No judgement, just patience, and a very easy way of educating . I now have to get back into that cave of darkness, red light and peace. Well it is to me anyway. Love this new adventure, and that l have found a new community as well. Hats off to you Steve for creating this beautiful business and way of being :))

Steve's personal photography lesson was great. He tailored it to match our needs, as well as expanding on the importance of light settings. He included explanations of how to use our camera, followed by practice outdoors. Highly recommended

Had an awesome photography one on one lesson with Steve. He took me through to relax and take it slow in film photography which taught me not to rush into shots which is a great way to approach. He is incredibly full od knowledge and experience. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.
